Oh look, it's one of those pages of stuff nobody reads. Nonetheless, I have to put some of it here to cover my ass a bit in the case of stupidity, so here the terms in human readable format. By using this site you agree to everything below, as well as the fact that I can revoke access to the site or discord at any point for any reason. The biggest rule is don't be a dick, everyone's got enough problems to have anyone else be one of their problems. I certainly don't need your problems, I have enough as it is.
The Wheel of Crap is, in itself, an argument of fair use for anything you may create a mascot out of. It's transformative by nature, with any visuals you use being part of a bigger transformative piece. When it comes to gaming content, historically it has never been much of a problem for anyone, but fair use is a grey area, so keep in mind that you could be liable for anything you may upload in the end. You agree that you understand this, that you have the rights to upload the stuff you upload, and by uploading it, that I have the right to show it whever I need to show it for the purpose of it being on my site.
On top of that, you agree not to upload anything illegal, offensive, nsfw, or make any attempts to break or compromise the site. Please keep it chill.
The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) severely restricts what information can be collected from children under 13. For this reason, children under 13 are prohibited from using this site. Children 13 and over may participate with the permission and guidance of their parent or guardian.
No information of any sort collected on this site will be sold, traded, or given away to any third party.

The above information is used to provide any functionality which requires it, such as password resets or displaying mascots or other info submitted by users.
You may delete your account at any time. Deleted accounts may be purged at any time and cannot be recovered. Mascots created will remain on the site even if your account is deleted, unless removed first. Currently I don't have a built in way to do this, so just uh, let me know lol.
You may receive emails from the site, but they are only for relevant issues. Currently, the only emails sent out are to let you know if a mascot was approved or denied, and why. There is also currently no way to opt out of this, due to the alpha nature of my site.
This site uses cookies, and there is no option to not use cookies. There are exactly two of them, and they serve only one purpose, to let you stay signed in for longer than 15 minutes. That's literally it.
